This policy explains what personal data nextgenretail ("we", "us") collects when you use our services, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you subscribe or contact us: your name, email address, business type and the Subscription Tier you choose.
• Payment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive the result and a reference for each payment; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when you sign in, which we use to run and secure the Service.
• Your business data. What you and your staff enter into your workspace, which may include personal data about your own customers and staff. We hold this on your behalf and use it only to provide the Service.

How we use it

• to set up, provide, maintain and support your workspace;
• to take payment and send you receipts, invoices and renewal notices;
• to protect the Service from fraud and abuse;
• to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the Service, under obligations to protect it: our hosting provider, our payment provider, our email delivery provider, and Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that forms are submitted by a person and is subject to Google's own privacy policy. We also disclose data where the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the Service to work, such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for financial records. Workspace data is kept for a limited period after a subscription ends and then deleted.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, each customer's workspace is kept in its own separate database, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects it.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Requests about data in a customer's workspace should go to that customer first.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will tell you about significant changes.
